Jharkhand:  A young man named Sandeep Oraon of Bandagai of Bhandara block of Lohardaga district of Jharkhand has come into the limelight after marrying two girls. Sandeep was having a love affair with two girls for the last three and one years respectively. Of these, there is also a child from the first girlfriend.

Sandeep also had a dispute with both the girlfriends several times. The matter reached the village. On Sunday, the villagers held a social meeting in Bandagai and got married with these two girls. The village family members and the child of the girl also participated in the marriage ceremony.

The love affair of youth Sandeep Oraon, resident of Banda Patratoli under Akashi Panchayat of the block, was going on for the last three years with Kusum Lakra, father Sukra Oraon, resident of Dhanamunji village of Gadarpo Panchayat. Before marriage, both of them also have a son. Another young woman had a love affair with Swati Kumari, a resident of Patratu Mahto Toli of Bagdu Panchayat, a year ago while working as a laborer in a brick kiln in Bengal.

There were many disputes due to the love affair of both the girls with a young man. The matter was not getting settled. After this, with the consent of the villagers and the family members, the marriage of both the girls was arranged according to the social customs on Sunday, after meeting with Sandeep, Kusum and Swati were married with Sandeep Oraon. The incident of Sandeep marrying two young women in a mandap brought it into the limelight.
