Greater Noida : Surajpur Court of Greater Noida has sent abuser leader Shrikant Tyagi, accused in the case of abuse and scuffle with a woman in Grand Omaxe Society of Noida, to 14 days judicial custody. The team of Noida Police had arrested Shrikant Tyagi along with three of his associates from Meerut on Tuesday morning.

Noida Police Commissioner said that Shrikant Tyagi is being interrogated intensively, information is also being obtained about who gave shelter to him during his absconding. He told that some important information has been received during the interrogation, on the basis of which the police will take further action.

Ever since the FIR was registered, the abusive leader Shrikant Tyagi was running to escape after the police and administration tightened the all-round grip on him. After the administration demolished the illegal construction outside his residence in Noida, his shop located in Bhangel Market was now raided by the GST team. After this, Noida Police had announced a cash reward of Rs 25,000 to the person who helped in the arrest of accused Shrikant Tyagi.

6 police personnel including SHO suspended

ADG (Law and Order) Prashant Kumar had told on Monday that in this case, a sub-inspector and four constables posted in the security of the society, including SHO of Phase-2, Sujit Upadhyay, were also accused of negligence in work. has been suspended.

Two PSOs given to the victim woman

Along with this, two security personnel have also been provided to the victim woman. It is being told that every person coming to the society is being thoroughly investigated. The said woman had objected to Tyagi planting saplings in the common area of ​​the society, which enraged her.

Let us tell you that Shrikant Tyagi allegedly used to ruffle people by calling himself a BJP leader, but after the video of Shrikant Tyagi in the case of misbehavior with the woman went viral, the BJP got rid of him. Local BJP MP Dr. Mahesh Sharma had on Saturday denied Tyagi being a BJP member.

Several videos of the incident had gone viral on social media, in one of which Tyagi was purportedly seen using abusive words and scuffles against the woman, along with abusing her. Tyagi had also allegedly made derogatory remarks about the woman's husband using abusive language.
