Talking about the case, a court in Sector 71 of Gurugram directed to register a case against Elvish Yadav and Fazilpuriya for shooting with snakes in the mall. After this, a case has been registered in Badshahpur police station. A complaint has been filed against both of them for misusing snakes and using abusive language on social media. This is the third complaint filed against Elvish Yadav in Delhi NCR in recent times. Recently he came out after spending 7 days in jail and during this time he said that whatever has been done is done. They now want to start life afresh.

Chief Judicial Magistrate Manoj Kumar Rana while talking on this said - After listening to the points of the complainant and thoroughly examining the file, it has come to the conclusion that the complaint is revealing the crime and the case should be completely handed over to the police. Bail granted in both the previous cases
