Aligarh: The politics of accusation and counter-allegation has intensified as the Uttar Pradesh Legislative Assembly elections are approaching. All India Majlis-e-Ittehadul (AIMIM) Chief Asaduddin Owaisi is constantly attacking BJP. While addressing the 'Shoshit Vanchit Samaj Sammelan' in Aligarh, Owaisi targeted Kangana Ranaut's alleged statement of getting independence after 2014.

'Hindu vote has gone to BJP'

AIMIM Chief Asaduddin Owaisi said, 'I want to ask the Prime Minister and Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh whether the country became independent in 1947 or in 2014?' Owaisi said, 'If a Muslim had given a statement like Kangana, he would have shot her. Now Modi-Yogi will consider Kangana's statement as sedition? Calling upon Muslims to unite, Owaisi said, "Hindu vote has gone to BJP. The Muslim vote does not hold any value for them.

Home Minister Shah targeted

Targeting Home Minister Amit Shah, Owaisi said, 'Amit Shah cannot sleep without naming Muslims. If we remember Azam Khan, why is Amit Shah not remembering Altaf of Kasganj? Had he been a Hindu, Yogi Adityanath would have reached immediately. The policemen were just suspended but they should be tried for murder.

'No vote for Muslims'

Owaisi said, I believe in the democracy of the Constitution of India. But the vote of Muslims is of no value, if it were, Amit Shah would not have commented on Muslims. Azam Khan is not in jail. I have heard many slogans, convert these slogans into votes.
