Earlier this morning, Akshay Kumar returned to Mumbai from London. Looking dapper, the actor rushed into his vehicle without smiling or greeting the paps at the airport. This was at once observed by social media users who went directly to troll the actor for his 'attitude' and not being appreciative of those who are greeting him.
But as per a new report, Akshay rushed back from London due to the fact his mother is ill and has been admitted to the Intensive Care Unit (ICU). The actor was shooting for his upcoming movie Cinderella withinside the UK whilst he decided to hurry back to spend time together along with his ailing mother who has been admitted to Hiranandani Hospital.
An inside source went on to tell that Akshay's mother Aruna Bhatia has been ill for the last few days. "Akshay is extremely connected to his mom and couldn't live far from her even as she's not well, so he determined to fly back to India in a sudden decision."
The source goes on to add that Akshay may have decided to fly home, he urged the producers of the film to continue shooting for the project. "All other work commitments of his also continue. He has always believed that work must go on, despite any personal challenges," adds the source.
