In fact, in the second phase of IPL 2021, spectators will be allowed in the stadium. IPL issued a statement and informed about this. IPL said in a statement, VIVO IPL 2021 will start from September 19 with a match between five-time winners Mumbai Indians and thrice-winning Chennai Super Kings.
