In its report, the newspaper quoted the Andy Doping Disciplinary Panel as saying that Dutee could not prove that the violation of the rules was not done intentionally but was done by mistake. Dutee has violated Article 2.1 and 2.2 of National Doping Agency NADA. Dutee was tested twice in December 2022 in NADA. The banned substance anabolic steroids were found in his first sample. On the other hand, Andarine and Ostarine were found in the second sample. According to the ADDP, the substances taken by Dutee were not checked for their drug content from the list of banned substances of WADA.

Will appeal against the ban

However, Dutee has 21 days to appeal against this ban. She has decided that she will appeal against this ban. In its report, news agency PTI has quoted Dutee's lawyer Partha Goswami as saying that Dutee will appeal against this decision. She can appeal for review against this decision of the panel. However, Dutee has not participated in any competition since January as NADA had already temporarily banned her.
