The month of October is full of festivals. Many festivals will come one after the other. Due to which banks will be closed for 21 days in the month of October. There will be many days in the month of October when banks will not open continuously. In such a situation, if you have to do any important work related to the bank in October, then first of all check whether the banks will be open on that day or not.Gandhi Jayanti is on 2nd of October, due to which banks will not open in different parts of the country. At the same time, October 3 will be a Sunday holiday. Banks will remain closed on 6th October in Agartala, Bangalore, Kolkata on account of Mahalaya Amavasya. Bank employees will also have a holiday in October on account of Mahasaptami, Mahaashtami and Dussehra. The last holiday of the month of October will be on 31st.
