Now the Home Ministry has declared 'Muslim League Jammu Kashmir (Masrat Alam faction)'/MLJK-MA as an 'unlawful association' under UAPA. This organization and its members have been accused of being involved in anti-national and separatist activities in Jammu and Kashmir. He has written that members of Muslim League Jammu Kashmir (Masrat Alam faction) were involved in anti-national and separatist activities in Jammu and Kashmir. They support terrorist activities and instigate people. For this reason this organization has been declared an 'unlawful organization' under the UAPA law.

Wanted to establish Islamic rule

Home Minister Amit Shah has said that Muslim League Jammu Kashmir (Masrat Alam faction) and its members support terrorist activities and instigate people to establish Islamic rule in Jammu and Kashmir.
