Cricket News: Indian fast bowler Mohammed Shami, who created a stir with his balls in the ODI World Cup, is currently out of the team due to injury. Shami had suffered an ankle injury in this World Cup. Shami has not played a single match since the World Cup. He was also out of the South Africa tour. Currently, Shami is working on his injury at the National Cricket Academy (NCA) but Shami may have to go out for the treatment of his injury. It has been told in the report that Shami can go to London to see a specialist doctor. Not only Shami, wicketkeeper-batsman Rishabh Pant, who has been out of the team for a long time, can also go to London.

Shami wreaked havoc with his balls in the World Cup. He was the bowler taking the most wickets in this tournament. He played only seven matches in which he created a stir by taking 24 wickets. He was not in the team in the first four matches but after the injury of Hardik Pandya, he got a chance and he wreaked havoc, but during this he also got injured.

When will Shami go?

If reports are to be believed, NCA's Sports Science Head Nitin Patel can also go to London with him. Shami and Patel worked on the bowler's injury on Thursday and after this it was decided that Shami should be seen by a specialist in London. No time has been decided yet as to when Shami and Patel will leave for London. But it is certain that Shami will visit London regarding his injury.

Pant will also go to London

The website has told in its report that BCCI can also send Pant to London soon, if he has not been sent yet. However, the website has said that this news could not be confirmed. Pant had a car accident on 30 December 2022 while going from Delhi to his home in Roorkee. Pant was badly injured in this accident. He had a ligament injury for which he underwent surgery. A few months ago there were reports about Pant that he could make a comeback from the Afghanistan series but it did not happen.
