Under immense pressure, the Indian batting line-up delivered a stellar performance. Vice-captain Smriti Mandhana, after narrowly missing centuries in previous matches, scored a magnificent 109 runs off 95 balls. She was ably supported by Pratika Rawal, who notched up her maiden World Cup century with 122 runs from 134 balls. Their formidable 212-run partnership laid a strong foundation.
