So why there are different laws in different states. People from outside can buy land in Maharashtra, the local people have to bear the brunt of it.

He did not tell who gave this offer to Raj Thackeray. However, he said he has not taken any decision as the Shiv Sena faction of Chief Minister Eknath Shinde and the Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) group led by Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar are part of the Maharashtra government.

Raj Thackeray said that since Shinde and Ajit Pawar are with the government and BJP has not clarified what will be done with Ajit Pawar, so I could not take any decision on it.
