Modi Government: RJD chief Lalu Prasad Yadav commented on Prime Minister Narendra Modi not having a family, due to which the political temperature rose. Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) hit back. After PM Modi's reply, BJP has launched a new campaign regarding this, all the prominent leaders of the party have written Modi's family in front of their names.

Many big leaders including BJP President JP Nadda, Union Minister Amit Shah, Nitin Gadkari, Anurag Thakur, Sudhanshu Trivedi have changed their bio on Twitter. All the leaders have written 'Modi's family' in their bio. At the same time, an FIR has been lodged in Gandhi Maidan police station of Patna in case of indecent remarks on PM. This FIR has been lodged by BJYM state spokesperson Krishna Singh Kallu.

PM Modi's reply to Lalu Yadav

Responding to the comments against him during a meeting in Telangana, PM Modi said, 'The leaders of the INDI alliance, immersed in corruption, nepotism and appeasement, are getting nervous. Now he has released his real manifesto for the 2024 elections. When I question their familyism, these people have now started saying that Modi has no family. Tomorrow they can also say that you have never been sentenced to jail, hence you cannot even enter politics.

The PM said, 'They say that Modi has no family. I left home as a child with a dream. The dream was, I will live for the countrymen. My every moment will be only for you. I will not have any personal dream. Your dream, this will be my resolution. I will spend my life to brighten the future of your children. Crores of people of the country consider me as their own. Loves me like a member of his family.

The PM further said, '140 crore countrymen are my family. These young people are my family. Crores of daughters, mothers and sisters of the country are my family. Every poor person in the country is my family. Those who have no one also belong to Modi and Modi belongs to them. My India is my family. With the extension of this feeling, I am living for you, fighting for you and will continue to fight for you. Today the country is saying that I am Modi's family, the country is saying that I am Modi's family.

Lalu Yadav had made this comment on PM Modi

Actually, Lalu Yadav had made indecent remarks against PM Modi in the public trust rally yesterday. He had said, 'What is this Modi?...This Narendra Modi is attacking 'familyism' these days. You should tell why there were no children in your family? He (PM Modi) tells people who have more children that this is familyism, they are fighting for the family. You have no family…you are not even a Hindu. Every Hindu shaves his head and beard to mourn the death of his mother. Answer why didn't you get your hair and beard done?'
