Motihari / Boiler explodes in kitchen while making mid-day meal in Bihar; 4 Dead, 5 Critical

Motihari: In Bihar's East Champaran, 4 people died when a boiler burst while making a mid-day meal on Saturday. The condition of 5 is critical. The hands and feet and other limbs of the bodies of those killed in the accident were scattered at the scene. The situation was that the organs of the dead had to be tied in clothes. The incident is from Bangra village in Sugauli block. In the kitchen run by the NGO, the cooks were cooking for the children, when an accident occurred in the boiler.

The blast, which intensified at around 4 am on Saturday, was so fast that four people near the boiler flew away. The kitchen wall collapses. Hearing the voices, people nearby reached the spot and rushed the injured to the hospital. The blast occurred in the kitchen of a NGO named Nav Prayas. The NGO works to deliver mid-day meals to schools. There were 12 people working in the kitchen. Local police and district administration officials reached the spot. The dead are being identified.

He was referred to Muzaffarpur with the condition of one injured. Nothing is known about Abhimanyu, who works as a cook. His family blocked the road in protest. DSP Vineet Kumar understood- Road jam was removed by extinguishing. Local officials and a large number of police forces are present on the spot, including SDO Priya Ranjan Raju.
