The girlfriend started threatening to commit suicide if she was not married to her lover. As soon as the information of this incident was received, the police reached the spot and understood the girl and sent her back home. After this incident, there was a hue and cry in the whole locality and a crowd gathered on the spot.

In this case, Gorakhpur SP North Manoj Kumar Awasthi said that Sandeep Maurya, a resident of Rampur area of ​​Chaurichaura police station area of ​​the district, is a soldier in the army. He had a love affair with a girl from his community, but his marriage was fixed elsewhere. The girl lodged an FIR at Jhangha police station. The girl said in her complaint that after getting information about the boy's marriage, she along with her relatives reached his house.

Police said that when they got information about the deterioration of law and order, the police reached the spot and pacified the matter. The girl told that she has already lodged a complaint with the police about this matter, she has every right to complain in the army with legal or social means.

SP North Manoj Kumar Awasthi said that as a law there is only one FIR for an incident. No one can be forced to marry him. This is the first marriage of the boy and if he marries anywhere, he cannot be stopped on the ground that FIR is registered against him under IPC Section 376 earlier. The girl was explained and suggested to speak in a civil manner.

At the same time, the girlfriend says that she had met her boyfriend two years ago. He has also been coming and going home, the girl alleges that her lover also made physical relations with her on the pretext of marriage. Meanwhile, training started going on in his army. In the meantime, he kept coming and going and building relationships. After getting a job as a soldier in the army, he retracted from marriage. When she got information that she was getting married, she reached the lover's house with a procession, the girlfriend says that if she is not married with the lover, then she will die in front of her house.

The girl's sister and relative told that Sandeep Maurya has been visiting her house. Meanwhile, he also talked to the girl's parents for marriage. As they belonged to the same fraternity, they agreed. Even after this, the process of coming to his house continued. When he got a job in the army, he refused to marry. He told that an FIR has also been registered against the boy in Jhangha police station under section 376 of IPC and other sections.

If the matter is pending in the court, then he does not even have the right to get married and do army service. Police should arrest him. He has brought an order from the High Court to save the parents. But this order is not for him. But where will the girl go, now who will marry her? He says that he wants justice in this matter.
