Foreign tourists keep coming to the beach of Goa to roam. In this episode, a case of alleged rape with a woman of British origin has come to light in Panaji. The police arrested a 32-year-old youth on charges of rape and sent him to jail. It is alleged that he has done such a wrong thing on the pretext of massage. All this happened while he was massaging the woman.

Actually, this incident happened on June 2, when a British woman had arrived with her husband in Arambol, a coastal village in Panaji. This woman was resting on the 'Sweet Lake' near the beach. Just then a man named Joel Vincent D'Souza came up to him and offered to give him a massage. After this he did a wrong thing with the woman on the pretext of massaging.

The woman along with her husband lodged a complaint with the police. He told that both of them have come to India to visit Goa. At present, the police has arrested the accused. According to the police, the name of the accused is Joel Vincent D'Souza. Police said that during the massage, the woman also alleged that D'Souza touched her breasts inappropriately and also the accused put his finger in the private part of the woman.

After this, the police arrested D'Souza late on Monday night after the woman's complaint. The accused is said to be part of a group offering informal massage services in Goa. Police Inspector Vikram Naik and Police Sub-Inspector Sumedha Nayak are monitoring this entire matter.
