Tejashwi Yadav has been giving this argument

Before the general meeting organized by the opposition in Patna on June 23, Tejashwi Yadav had expressed apprehension that a charge sheet could be filed against him even before the meeting. In this case, CBI called Tejashwi Yadav thrice for questioning, issued notice but he did not go and finally after the end of the budget session of Bihar Legislative Assembly, he appeared before CBI for questioning.
