IPL 2021 / Chennai gracefully stepped into the final beat Delhi by 4 wickets

The deciding round of IPL 2021 has started from today. The first clash of the season's playoff (IPL Playoff) matches was played between Delhi Capitals and Chennai Super Kings (DC vs CSK) today. In which Chennai Super Kings has gracefully reached the final. In the last over, Captain Dhoni hit 3 fours on Karan and gave the team victory in a tremendous way. Batting first after losing the toss in this first qualifier being held at Dubai International, Delhi Capitals made a good score of 172 runs for the loss of 5 wickets in 20 overs. In response, Chennai started very poorly and in the very first over, opener Faf du Plessis was out. Prithvi Shaw scored 60 runs in 34 balls while batting brilliantly. This was Prithvi's first half-century in Phase-2 and fourth half-century in IPL 14. Shaw fired shots in almost every direction. In the last five overs, Delhi scored 58 runs for the loss of one wicket.

Pant's amazing batting

Delhi captain Rishabh Pant was seen batting wonderfully in the match. He hit 2 sixes with just one hand. At the same time, once his bat was left out of his hands. Flying the bat went to the square leg umpire. The umpire narrowly escaped. At the same time, Pant played 3 ball dot in the last over. He could have taken a single off all three balls, but he did not run. On the last ball of the innings too, Pant hit a shot with one hand but this time the ball could not cross the boundary. Bravo created history

Dwayne Bravo took the wicket of Shimron Hetmyer in the match. This was his 550th wicket in T20 cricket. Bravo became the first player in the world to achieve this historic feat. DJ Bravo has so far taken 550 wickets in 506 T20 matches.

The losing team will not be out

The team winning the match will directly enter the final, while the losing team will get another chance to reach the final. That team will have to play the winner of the Eliminator match between Royal Challengers Bangalore and Kolkata Knight Riders in the second qualifier.
