There is relief news for parents waiting for corona vaccination for children. According to the Union Health Ministry, children of 12 to 14 years will be vaccinated against corona from March 16. Children Biologicals E Key Corbevax will be given to children in the age group of 12-14 years.

Union Health Minister Mansukh Mandaviya tweeted that all parents must get their children vaccinated. Along with this, some rules have also been changed regarding the preparation dosage. The Health Minister said that now any person above 60 years of age can take the third dose of corona vaccine. The requirements created for this have been done away with. In fact, earlier precaution doses were allowed only for front line workers and the elderly suffering from serious diseases.

Kids will get Carbawax

According to the Ministry of Health, children between the ages of 12 and 14 are to be applied Carbawax. This vaccine has been made by Biological E Company. Carbavax is a recombinant protein sub-unit vaccine. It is made of proteins found on the surface of the corona virus. This spike protein is what helps the virus to enter the body's cells. After this the virus starts spreading infection in the body by increasing its number. This vaccine targets mRNA and only spike proteins like viral vaccines, but the method is different. Two doses of Carbawax will also have to be applied. Low cost methods have been used to make it. Therefore it will be one of the cheapest vaccines.
