Singer KK Passes Away: The country's famous singer KK alias Krishna Kumar Kunnath died on Tuesday (May 31). He had gone to perform a concert in Kolkata. After the concert, his health suddenly deteriorated and he collapsed. He was immediately rushed to the nearest hospital where doctors declared him brought dead. At the age of 53, KK left the world saying goodbye. Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Home Minister Amit Shah have condoled the death of KK by tweeting.

It is being told that KK has died due to heart attack, but the exact reason will be known only after the post-mortem report comes. KK had come to Kolkata for a two-day concert. He also had a concert on Monday. He did that program in Vivekananda College. But on the second day after the concert, his health deteriorated and on seeing, he left everyone and left forever

KK's wife will arrive in the morning

Singer Jeet Ganguly, who reached the hospital after receiving the news of KK's death, while talking to Aaj Tak told that KK's family will reach Kolkata in the morning. He told that KK's wife will reach Kolkata at 10.30 am. He had spoken to KK only two days back. He told that he is going to perform here. Was told on the call that I am coming to Kolkata, I will perform in the college show. KK had also invited, but was a little busy so could not go to the concert. Couldn't see performance. We were about to go back to Mumbai together. When I heard the news, I could not believe it. After this accident, I will probably never be able to take life seriously. He said that this is any age. He was only 53 years old. I lost KK.

PM Modi expressed grief

Prime Minister Narendra Modi has condoled his death. He wrote- Saddened by the demise of KK. Many kinds of emotions were expressed through his songs. He used to connect with people of all ages. He will always be remembered for his songs. My condolences to his family.

Many leaders including Vice President M Venkaiah Naidu, Home Minister Amit Shah, Union Minister Anurag Thakur, Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar, Karnataka Chief Minister Basavaraj Bommai, Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot, former Rajasthan Chief Minister Vasundhara Raje, Congress spokesperson Randeep Surjewala, KK Condoled the death of. West Bengal government minister Arup Vishwas reached the hospital after receiving the news of KK's death and also spoke to the doctors.


Many veterans of the sports world, including former cricketer Virender Sehwag, have also expressed grief over the death of KK and prayed to give strength to the family to bear this loss. On the death of KK, Rahul Ram posted on Facebook and described this news as heartbreaking.


Bollywood in shock, stars expressed grief

The news of KK's demise also caused a wave of mourning in Bollywood. Along with music personalities, film stars have also expressed deep grief over the death of voice magician KK. Singer Javed Ali said that I am surprised. I have also got this information from my manager. My manager is a friend of KK's manager. He has given this sad news.

Popular singer Udit Narayan is also devastated by KK's departure. They say that first Lata didi went, then Bappi Da went and now KK. Don't know who has caught sight of the singing industry. 53 So there was no age to go, I am surprised. I am very sad Karan Johar, Kumar Sanu, Varun Grover and Boman Irani have also condoled KK's demise.

R Madhavan, Akshay Kumar, Shankar Mahadevan, Abhishek Bachchan, Shreya Ghoshal, Babul Supriyo, Farhan Akhtar, Jubin Nautiyal, Rahul Vaidya, Pritam, Vishal Dadlani have also condoled the death of KK by tweeting. Neil Nitin Mukesh, Riteish Deshmukh, Mohit Chauhan and Malini Awasthi have also expressed their condolences calling KK's death an irreparable loss to the Bollywood and music world.

Pritam said – was the cleanest person

On the death of KK, music composer Pritam told Aaj Tak that I cannot believe it. I wish this news was a rumour. He called KK the cleanest and said that he neither used to drink alcohol nor took drugs. If there is a picture of a true family man, only KK comes to my mind. The kind of restrained life he lived, this news is shocking. He used to get regular body checkup done. I do not understand that even if there was a blockage in the heart, how could it not be caught. Pritam said that I remember that KK also had Kovid? Is it because of Kovid, only God knows.

He said that the last meeting with KK was about six months back. We met in the studio during the recording. Never talked much with KK on the phone. We both started our careers almost at the same time. Only KK used to sing all the singles he made. I remember reciting 'goodbye' to him in the studio of Galaxy, saying that for whichever film I record it, you will sing it. Pritam told that he always used to say, Dada, what an unhealthy life you live. Sleep in the morning this is not right. KK was a complete family man. He never took stress in life.


Smile used to win everyone's heart

Pritam further said that many times he used to call her that KK aa ja ahar, to make a song. He would say that Dada would get the song written in my name only. Have waited for him many times to come and sing. he's never been in a race
