DUSU Election Result 2023: The results of Delhi University Students Union elections have been declared. After four years, Delhi University Students Union got a new president. Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad candidates have registered caste on 3 important posts. The results were declared around 5.30 pm. ABVP has won the posts of President, Secretary and Co-Secretary, while NSUI has won the post of Vice President. Let us tell you that this time a total of 24 candidates from various student union groups including Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP), All India Students Association (AISA), Students Federation of India (SFI) and National Students Union of India (NSUI) are in the fray. According to media reports, 1 lakh 17 thousand students voted. A total of 52 voting centers were set up for voting and 173 EVM machines were installed.

In the earlier student union elections 2019, Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad had registered a historic victory on three out of four seats, while National Students of India (NSUI) had won one seat. ABVP had won the posts of President, Vice President and Joint Secretary, while the post of Secretary remained with NSUI.

This time a total of 42 percent assistance has been received. Voting was 39.90 percent in 2019, 44.46 percent in 2018 and 42.80 percent in 2017. Delhi Students Union elections were not held in 2020 and 2021 due to Corona. This time's election is also important because there are Lok Sabha elections next year.
