Maharashtra Political Crisis: There is a sound of a big earthquake once again in the politics of Maharashtra. Here no one person is able to stand on the chair of the Chief Minister. First of all, Shiv Sena had formed the government with the Aghadi Grand Alliance in the greed of the chief minister's post by contesting elections here with the BJP. But Uddhav Thackeray could not remain CM for long.

Eknath Shinde, a big leader of his own party, broke away more than 40 Shiv Sena MLAs and formed a new government with the support of the BJP. Now Eknath Shinde is the CM of Maharashtra. On the other hand, Devendra Fadnavis, former CM in the BJP government, is waiting for satisfaction by becoming the Deputy CM in the Eknath Shinde government. But now a BJP leader has demanded to make Devendra Fadnavis the Chief Minister of Maharashtra. This has heated up the atmosphere of discussions in the corridor of politics.

BJP made Eknath Shinde the CM with a heavy heart!

BJP's Maharashtra unit president Chandrashekhar Bawankule on Sunday said Deputy Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis should become the chief minister for the overall development of the state as long as he is the party's state unit president. Bawankule's statement comes a few months after his predecessor Chandrakant Patil said that the party had decided with a heavy heart to make Shiv Sena rebel leader Eknath Shinde the chief minister instead of Fadnavis. Chandrakant Patil is currently a cabinet minister in the Shinde-led government. Bawankule's remarks have incensed the opposition parties and according to the Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) shows that the present Chief Minister Shinde is of no importance in the eyes of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP).

BJP leader's statement changed the wind of politics

In a public program in Nagpur, BJP leader Bawankule said that as long as I am the state unit president of BJP, Fadnavis should become the CM. After this he left the sentence incomplete by saying ...but and then stopped for a while. After several people in the audience shouted the word 'Chief Minister', Bawankule continued his speech saying, "We all need to work in such a way that he (Fadnavis) gets the chief minister's post." It is not about getting him a post, but it is for the overall development of the state of Maharashtra.” He said that if there is one person who can define the future of Maharashtra, it is Devendra ji. Earlier, Shiv Sena (UBT) leader Sanjay Raut had said on Saturday that the Shinde-led government would not be able to survive till February next year.
