Lalu Prasad Yadav: On Monday, ED interrogated Lalu Yadav for 10 hours in the Land for Jobs case. The question-answer round, which started at 11 am in the ED office in Patna, ended at 9 pm. According to ED sources, ED asked more than 50 questions to RJD supremo Lalu. He mostly answered yes or no. Action has been taken against Lalu Yadav on Monday, the next day after his ouster from Bihar government. He was called to the ED office for questioning. Reached with his daughter Misa Bharti at 11 am. As soon as Lalu came out, supporters raised slogans.

These questions were asked to Lalu

Why did the concept of land in exchange for job come into existence?

How to contact Hriday Narayan Chaudhary?

In Danapur, more than 12 people were given jobs in exchange for land. what you want to say?

During interrogation, Misa performed puja in the temple in front of the office and delivered food for Lalu to the ED office itself. Medicines were also delivered twice.

In the evening Misa Bharti again reached the gate of ED office. He told the CRPF soldiers to let him meet Papa, then silenced the supporters who were shouting slogans. Said- Remain calm otherwise these people will take more time.

Scene outside ED office like 1997

Incidentally, it is important to mention that when Lalu Yadav was arrested by CBI in the much-discussed fodder scam in 1997, RJD supporters got agitated. The then joint director of CBI, UNS Biswas, tells that it was such a period that whenever he went from Kolkata to Patna for investigation, he would leave saying to his wife - I may not come back. On the day of Lalu's arrest, he had demanded to call the army. The exact same scene was seen on Monday also. Lalu was being interrogated by the ED team and RJD supporters were raising slogans outside.

CBI had arrested

After retirement, UN Vishwas was made minister in Bengal by Mamata Banerjee. According to Vishwas, Lalu Yadav was arrested in 1997, just a month before the 50th Independence Day. For this he first obtained orders from the then Governor and took the green signal for arrest. He was afraid of the uproar by Lalu's supporters, hence he had also demanded to call the army. The exact same scene was seen on Monday also. When Lalu Yadav reached ED's Patna office, a gathering of supporters outside was raising slogans against BJP and PM Modi.

Misa remained sitting with food and medicine

Not only this, Rajya Sabha member and Lalu Yadav's daughter Misa Bharti also sat outside the ED office with medicines and food for Lalu. While the ED team was interrogating Lalu Yadav inside, many RJD MLAs and Legislative Council members remained standing. Lalu's arrogance vanished when security personnel stopped his vehicle from entering the campus after reaching the ED office. He had to wait at the ED gate for about 30 minutes. Lalu kept waiting sitting in the car. Ultimately he had to enter the ED campus on foot. MP Misa Bharti went inside the campus along with Lalu, but Misa was thrown out by the officials. As soon as she came out, RJD supporters became more agitated and started raising slogans.

Lalu's daughter Rohini is very angry

Rohini Acharya, the daughter of Lalu who saved his life by donating her kidney, was very saddened by this whole incident. He angrily wrote on the social media platform 'X' that his father was treated inhumanely by the ED officials. Rohini wrote- 'You all know father's condition. Cannot walk without support. Still, he entered the gate without his helper. Rohini also asked people for help in this matter. He said that even after appealing to ED officials, his sister Misa Bharti was not allowed inside as an assistant. Even if my father gets scratched, no one will be worse off than me. Rohini also said that people should note down her words, so that it remains recorded. Rohini's anger was at its peak. He said that if anything happens to Lalu Prasad Yadav, the 'chameleon' as well as CBI, ED and their 'master' will be held accountable for it. Perhaps he used the adjective 'chameleon' to describe Nitish Kumar and Malik's BJP government.
