Rinku Singh son Bhuri Singh, resident of village Moosepur in Lodha police station area, has a clothes showroom in the village itself. Goods worth about six lakh rupees were stolen at that showroom two days ago. A complaint was lodged with the police against former head Devendra Singh, who lived in the village, on the charge of theft.

The crime was carried out by being surrounded on the way

Around 10 am on Sunday, Rinku's younger brother Tinku had left home to go to the farm. On the way, Tinku was surrounded by former head Devendra Singh and his family members at the government school. Somehow he ran from there and called home. The family members reached the spot and were bringing Tinku back home, when on the way, Devendra Singh opened fire on the family in front of his house.

Father and daughter died on the spot due to bullet injuries

In this, Rinku's 65-year-old father Bhuri Singh and 30-year-old sister Radha died on the spot due to bullet injuries. When the other members of his family started running away after saving their lives, Devendra and his family members went back and forth to the house and started firing.

Many injured in firing

Three women and eight men (11 people in total) of the house were injured in the firing. Thereafter the attacking side fled. The police reached the information and sent the injured to the district hospital. From there, five injured were referred to JN Medical College. All of them have got shrapnel. In the incident, the police has registered a case of murder by Praveen, nephew of the deceased Bhuri Singh. All the injured are said to be out of danger.

After the information of double murder in Moosepur, the hands and feet of the police were swollen. On information, CO Gabhana, SP reached the countryside. He apprised the SSP about the seriousness of the matter. SSP Kalanidhi Naithani himself reached the village. He spoke to the aggrieved party. Assured strict action against the culprits.

Five arrested, gun recovered

Under the leadership of Inspector Aditya Kumar, the police arrested Om Prakash, Ram Singh, Ravi, Bhupendra, the main accused of the incident, including former head Devendra Singh. At the same time, a gun 12 bore (single barrel) was recovered by the police.

Radha, 30, daughter of Bhuri Singh, who was killed in the attack, had come to her maternal home a week ago. Actually, Rinku's wife Kusum gave birth to a son. His naming ceremony was 8 days ago. Radha had come to attend the same program. Radha leaves behind two small children.

Of these, Tinku, Rinku, Kuldeep, Keshav and Raju were referred from the district hospital to JN Medical College.
