Jaipur: The protest against the disputed scene in the film Panipat continued on Wednesday. In Didwana and Beawar, people took to the road to perform against the film. The film depicts the character of Raja Surajmal of Bharatpur incorrectly. Due to which the film was being opposed in Rajasthan and Haryana for the last several days. Due to which the incident of sabotage was also carried out.

In Beawar, people of Jat community protested at City Cinema and Jayamandir Cinema to oppose the film. Posters of film were lit by film Protests here. Also, to ban the film, SDM JS Sandhu submitted a memorandum to the Governor. At the same time, there was anger against filmmakers in Didwana. People protested against the film and submitted a memorandum to the subdivision officer.

Earlier, office bearers of the protesting organizations were shown a special show of the film at the theater in Vidyadhar Nagar late on Tuesday night. After watching the film, Rajaram Meal, President of Rajasthan Jat Mahasabha, Mahipal Singh, National President of Shri Rajput Karni Sena and Kuldeep Chaudhary of Rajasthan Yuva Jat Mahasabha have said that the protest will continue. Raising the issue in the Lok Sabha, MP Beniwal said that in the past, 15 films affecting the sentiments and beliefs of the people have been banned. In such a situation, Panipat should also be banned.

Maharaja Surajmal during the dialogue with Maratha Peshwa Sadashiv Rao demanding Imad to be Delhi's wazir and handing him the fort of Agra. The Peshwa expresses his objection to this.
