Nupur Sharma is a member of the State Executive Committee of Delhi Bharatiya Janata Party as well as the national spokesperson of the party. During the debate, Nupur made some remarks about a particular religion, the video of which was shared by the alleged fact checker on her social media handle. Nupur Sharma tweeted tagging the Delhi Police Commissioner and said that her sister, mother, father are getting death threats and beheadings. If anything untoward happens to him or any member of his family, then the alleged fact checker who shared his edited video will be responsible for it.
