Prime Minister Narendra Modi gave this information by tweeting on social media platform X after his meeting with Wang Yi. He wrote, "Since my meeting with President Xi Jinping in Kazan last year, India-China relations have progressed steadily with respect for each other's interests and sensitivities. I look forward to our next meeting in Tianjin during the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) summit. According to the Prime Minister's Office (PMO), PM Modi, in his meeting with Wang Yi, emphasized the need to maintain peace and harmony on the India-China border.
