Delhi Liquor Scam: Punjab CM Bhagwant Mann on Monday met Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, who is lodged in Delhi's Tihar Jail in connection with the alleged liquor scam case. During this he has made a big allegation. He says that Delhi Chief Minister Kejriwal has been made to meet like terrorists. This is the limit of dictatorship. Arvind Kejriwal is not even getting the facility of being a hard core criminal.

He said, 'Talk has been made through the glass on the phone. This is too much, what does Modi ji want? Those who ended BJP's politics are being treated like this. What is their fault? They converted schools into hospitals, this is their fault. This is the fault of making electricity free. They are treating him as if a big terrorist has been caught. The jail manual states that those with good behavior can be made to meet face-to-face.

What did Kejriwal ask CM Mann?

CM Mann said, 'This thing will cost them (BJP) very dearly. Arvind Kejriwal is staunchly honest. I asked how are you, he said tell me how is the condition of Punjab, don't worry about me. I said, Punjab is also good. I have come via Assam. Aam Aadmi Party is the name of a thought. Aam Aadmi Party is a disciplined party. Our entire party is together. We stand with Arvind Kejriwal. He will come out and when the results come on June 4, Aam Aadmi Party will become a big political power.

‘Kejriwal will call two ministers each from next week’

Meanwhile, AAP MP Sandeep Pathak said that Bhagwant Mann shed tears while meeting Arvind Kejriwal. He said, 'When we asked about his well-being, he said stop worrying about me and tell about the public. He asked whether we are getting free electricity, are we not booking tickets for bus travel, are we still getting free electricity or not, is there medicine in the hospital or not. He also said that from next week he will call two ministers each and review all the work of Delhi.

Sandeep Pathak told, 'He said that I should meet all the MLAs and give them the message that MLAs should go door to door in their areas. No person should face any problem. He will come out soon and will fulfill his promise of giving Rs 1000 to the women.

'Mann met Kejriwal for 30 minutes without any disturbance'

The meeting between CM Bhagwant Mann and Kejriwal took place as per the jail manual. This information has come out quoting sources from Tihar Jail. Sources say that like any other common prisoner, you can meet him only through the glass. The Chief of Security of Bhagwant Mann has thanked the Tihar Administration. It is also said that the meeting went very smoothly for 30 minutes without any disturbance and Bhagwant Mann's security was satisfied with the meeting.

Sources say that all the rights that a common prisoner has are being given to Arvind Kejriwal as per the jail manual. Like a common prisoner, Kejriwal can call his home for 5 minutes every day and talk to his family. He meets his family twice a week.

As far as Bhagwant Mann's allegations regarding Sonia Gandhi and P Chidambaram that they met in the jailer's room, sources in Tihar say that first of all, all the prisoners, whether VIP or not, are allowed to meet as per the jail manual. Yes, sometimes due to law and order and security reasons, the jailer has the right to decide where and how the meeting should be conducted, but this was an old matter.
