New Delhi. There is a relief in gold prices today. Gold and silver prices fell today in Indian markets amid falling global rates. Gold on Tuesday fell 0.20 per cent to Rs 48,455 per 10 grams on MCX. According to HDFC Securities, this fall in gold prices due to weak demand. Along with gold, silver prices also fell on Tuesday. Silver has fallen by 0.45 per cent to Rs 71,487 per kg.

Spot gold declined by 0.3% to $ 1,876 .24 an ounce in the international market. Among other precious metals, silver fell 0.7% to $ 27.60 an ounce while platinum was steady at $ 1,174.

On Tuesday, the price of 10 grams of gold is trading at 48,455, while silver has also come down to Rs 71,487 per kg. Explain that in the previous session, gold had gained 0.26% to close at a 4-month high, while silver prices had jumped by more than 1%.

In the last few days, Indians have invested heavily in Gold ETFs (Exchange Traded Funds) in the markets. Investment in gold ETFs has increased amid the rise in gold prices. Investors are considering this as a safe investment option.

According to experts, the price of gold and silver may increase further. The corona virus may be one of the reasons for the rise in gold prices. Recently, a report has been told that a third wave of corona will also come in the coming months. Experts believe that in the coming time, gold will cross 50 thousand, so this is the right time for investment.
