New Delhi: After the arrest of actor Shilpa Shetty's businessman husband Raj Kundra, the debate on pornographic content has intensified once again in the country. The most concern is being expressed on child pornography.The CBI has arrested a pedophiles some time back for physically abusing innocent children. The man was accused of sexually abusing many innocent children from Goa and Maharashtra.
Videography of misdeedsIn this case, the CBI had registered a case on 22 June 2020. In its investigation, the CBI came to know that this man, a resident of Goa, used to seduce the children of Goa-Maharashtra with him and then sexually abused them. While doing this heinous act, he used to take videos and photos with the camera of his mobile phone.After this, the accused used to put the material of that child pornography for sale on the darkweb using the Internet. After entering Child Sexually Abusive Material (CSAM), he used to contact other people from abroad through the facility of electronic mail.
used to save video in storageHe used to store CSAM in his cloud based storage. Which later used to be sold through social networking websites like Instagram, WhatsApp. It was also revealed in the investigation that to sell CSAM, he used to contact Pedophiles of other countries through the mail.Mobile phone, laptop also recoveredThe CBI had also recovered mobile phone, hard drive, pen drive and laptop from his possession. After arresting the accused, the CBI produced him in the POCSO Court of Goa. From where the accused was sent to judicial custody.
