Jharkhand Political Crisis: Now the new CM of Jharkhand will be Minister Champai Soren. Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren, embroiled in the land scam, went straight to Raj Bhavan to resign after being interrogated by ED. Right now Hemant Soren is in Raj Bhavan. Grand alliance MLAs had arrived before Hemant Soren, but the MLAs were thrown out of Raj Bhavan after 5 minutes. All the MLAs have dated outside Raj Bhavan. He is demanding that Champai Soren be sworn in as the Chief Minister. In the legislative party meeting, Transport Minister Champai Soren has been elected for the post of Chief Minister.

It is said that after the resignation of Hemant Soren, ED can arrest him.

Champai Soren has been a companion of JMM Shibu Soren since the time of Jharkhand movement.

Whenever Hemant Soren has become CM. He has been made a cabinet minister.

In the previous government, Champai Soren was made the Food Supply and Science and Technology Minister.

The team of 7 officers is at CM House at 1:15 pm. Earlier on January 20, ED had interrogated for seven and a half hours. Tight security arrangements have been made in Ranchi for the interrogation. Also, Section 144 has been extended indefinitely around ED office, Raj Bhavan and CM residence. Supporters of Jharkhand Mukti Morcha are protesting.

Minister Mithilesh Thakur said- We are 42 MLAs

All three buses and vehicles of MLAs are parked in front of Raj Bhavan. The MLAs are creating ruckus to go inside. Outside Raj Bhavan, MLA Mithilesh Thakur said that we are 42 MLAs.
