Take security and put an end to our worries: Amit Shah

Amit Shah further said in Rajya Sabha that we had offered security to Owaisi but he refused. Amit Shah said that he once again requests Owaisi to take the security given by the government and put an end to the concern. Shah said that on several occasions in the past, after the assessment of central security agencies, instructions have been issued by the central government to provide security to Owaisi. But Owaisi has denied this. Because of this, the efforts of Delhi Police and Telangana Police to provide security to them did not succeed.

Bullets were fired on the convoy

Asaduddin Owaisi's convoy was attacked a few days ago in Hapur, Uttar Pradesh. The attack took place when he was returning from Meerut to Delhi. The attackers opened fire on them near the toll plaza. Owaisi was present in the car at this time. However, after this the attackers Sachin and Shubham were also arrested, from whom 9 MAM pistol was recovered.

Z security offered soon after attack but Owaisi refused

Soon after the attack on Owaisi, the Union Home Ministry increased his security. He was provided Z security. However, AIMIM chief Asaduddin Owaisi rejected this protection. On the other hand, the police say that the accused have confessed that they committed the incident out of anger by Awaisi's hate statements.

Owaisi said - not afraid to die

Owaisi's statement came to the fore after the attack. He said that I am not afraid of your bullets, I am not afraid of dying. I was attacked only because I speak against you. Even if one Owaisi dies, I ask lakhs of Owaisi to give birth.
