Neither proof will be needed, nor witnesses. The military court will give the verdict directly. If the charges are proved then life imprisonment or death sentence is certain. Now the biggest question is whether Imran will also come under the grip of this decision or not.

Army offered to leave the country, Khan said 'will die but will not go abroad'
