Women U19 T20 World Cup: India will face England in the final of the Women's Under 19 T20 World Cup. England beat Australia in the second semi-final to secure their place in the title clash against India. Only women officers are involved in conducting the final

The International Cricket Council (ICC) on Saturday announced that it has appointed an all-female panel of officials for Sunday's final at the JB Marks Oval. Vanessa de Silva will oversee the final as match referee, while Candace La Borde and Sarah Dambanevana will be the on-field umpires. Dedunu de Silva will be the TV umpire. And Lisa McCabe will be the fourth umpire.

A total of 16 teams participated in this tournament. After almost two weeks, the tournament has now been reduced to just two teams. The final of the first edition of the Women's Under-19 T20 World Cup between India and England on Sunday will begin at 1.45 PM local time and 5.15 PM IST in Potchefstroom.

India beat New Zealand in the semi-finals

The Indian women's team sealed their place in the final with an eight-wicket win against New Zealand in the first semi-final on Friday. Player of the match, leg-spinner Parshvi bowled an impressive spell of 3/20 in her four overs as India restricted New Zealand to just 107 runs in 20 overs. In reply, opener Shweta Sehrawat showed her run-scoring abilities by hitting her third half-century of the tournament and chased down the target in 14.2 overs, remaining unbeaten on 61 off 45 balls.

England beat Australia in the semi-finals

In the second semi-final, England scored just 99 runs batting first and also defended such a small total against Australia in an unbelievable manner. England won this match by three runs and made their place in the final against India.
