COVID-19 / India registers 47,092 new Covid infections and 509 deaths in the last 24 hours

With 47,092 people testing positive for COVID-19, India’s general tally of instances rose to 3,28,57,937, even as active instances have multiplied to 3,89,583, consistent with Union fitness ministry records up to date on Thursday.
