Lucknow: In Uttar Pradesh, Coronavirus has started to be controlled to a great extent. So far 11 districts of the state have become free from corona virus infection. Active cases in the state have also gone down to a thousand. Now only 857 active cases have been registered.


Positivity rate is at 0.01%

The process of testing and vaccination is also going on fast, due to which the state is making new records every day. So far 06 crore 42 lakh 77 thousand 972 Kovid samples have been tested in UP, which conducts 2.5 lakh to three lakh tests daily. Talking about the last 24 hours, 2 lakh 27 thousand 740 corona samples were tested in UP, out of which corona infection was confirmed in only 33 people. During this the positivity rate of the state was 0.01 percent. While the recovery rate is 98.6 percent, which is much better than other states.

Corona cases were zero in 11 districts

According to the information received from the Health Department, no new case has been confirmed in double digits in any district of the state on the previous day. Not a single new case of infection was confirmed in 53 districts of UP, while in 22 districts, infected patients were found in unit digit. Districts Aligarh, Badaun, Basti, Bahraich, Etah, Fatehpur, Hamirpur, Hathras, Kasganj, Mahoba and Shravasti now do not have a single Covid patient. Today this district is free from covid infection.

More than 04 crore people took the vaccine

So far, the number of pediatric ICUs and isolation beds in medical colleges alone has exceeded 6522. At the same time, about 3000 pediatric ICUs and isolation have been prepared in the hospitals of the Health Department. More than 04 crore 47 lakh 13 thousand doses of Kovid vaccine have been given in Uttar Pradesh. In this, more than one crore 32 lakh vaccine doses have been given in the month of July alone. One dose of vaccination has been given to more than 03 crore 74 lakh people of the state.
