Jacqueline Case: Film actress Jacqueline Fernandez's troubles may increase. The Enforcement Directorate (ED) has also made Jacqueline an accused in the Sukesh Chandrashekhar case. The ED alleges that Jacqueline is a beneficiary in the extortion case of Rs 215 crore. According to sources, the actress knew that Sukesh Chandrashekhar was a criminal and was an extortionist.

Enforcement Directorate may file a charge sheet against actress Jacqueline Fernandes in a case of extortion today. The directorate has made the actress an accused in the extortion case of Rs 215 crore.

Chargesheet can be filed against Jacqueline

In this case, the ED can file an important supplementary chargesheet against Jacqueline in a Delhi court today. This chargesheet will be filed under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA). This supplementary chargesheet will be done in the recovery case of Rs 200 crore related to the country's biggest Suresh Chand Shekhar. Sukesh is currently lodged in Delhi's Tihar Jail.

Let us tell you that recently Jacqueline's FD worth Rs 7 crore 12 lakh was attached by the ED. It is worth mentioning that in this case it is also alleged that Chandrashekhar had gifted goods worth Rs 10 crore to Jacqueline.

Let us inform that in December last year, the first chargesheet in this case was filed in the court of Additional Sessions Judge Praveen Singh. In February this year, the ED had filed a supplementary charge sheet against Pinky Irani. It was Pinky who introduced Sukesh to Jacqueline. It is alleged that Pinky Irani used to like expensive gifts for Jacqueline and when Sukesh paid the price, she used to give them to Jacqueline. Sukesh had spent about 20 crores on many models and actresses. Some had refused to accept the gift from him.
