Actress Nisha Rawal had accused Karan Mehra of domestic violence and extramarital affair, after which they separated. Karan has also gone to jail for assaulting his wife. He was later released on bail. Now the Bombay High Court has stayed the second FIR against Karan Mehra. On May 31 last year, Nisha had accused Karan of domestic violence and withdrawing more than Rs 1 crore from his bank account.

On May 31 last year, Nisha had accused Karan of domestic violence and withdrawing more than Rs 1 crore from his bank account. An FIR was registered against Karan and his family members Kunal Mehra, Bela Mehra and Ajay Mehra. A pain case was registered against him under sections 498-A, 377, 406, 323, 504 and 506 r/w section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Victory accepts the decision of the court

Karan said, these sections mean dowry, sexual harassment, violence among others, which Nisha has imposed on him and his family members. Karan Mehra said on the court's decision, 'We wanted a stay order and now the same thing happened. It's a victory. Now the court will decide on the FIR and the police cannot file a charge sheet though it can investigate. Now we can fight the case in court. Karan further said that at the moment his priority is to bring relief to his family.

Nisha taking part in the lockup

Nisha is currently participating in Kangana Ranaut's reality show Lockup. Karan and Nisha have a son, Kavish. After the separation of the couple, the custody of the son is with Nisha. Nisha said that Karan's extra-marital affair is going on. After that Karan said that Nisha is asking for a huge alimony. However, the actress denied this.
