The makers are on a roll with the films getting increasingly bigger and better. Today the makers who are all set for their upcoming film ‘Jung Jauhar’ unveiled the first look poster of the film.

Film critic Taran Adarsh took to his Instagram handle and shared the same. Sharing the first, look poster of the film Taran captioned his post, “First look poster of #Marathi film #JungJauhar... Directed by Digpal Lanjekar... AA Films and Almonds Creations presentation.”

Jung Jauhar is a golden chapter of the Swarajya. This story is based on the Pavan Khind chapter. Baji Prabhu Deshpande was a commander in the army of Shivaji Maharaj who was a master of the art of using a weapon called Dand Patta. The well-celebrated legend of Baji Prabhu is intricately linked with an important rearguard battle enabling Shivaji's escape from Panhala fort; he was the hero who sacrificed his life for his king.

Digpal Lanjekar's directorial 'Jungjauhar' is produced under the banner of Almonds Creations. Although the makers are yet disclosed the details related to the film, the title poster has already created a buzz in social media.

Maratha history enthusiast Digpal Lanjekar has prepared himself to launch his new period cinema after the success of his last outing 'Fatteshikast.' His last film 'Fatteshikast' was the story of India's first surgical strike on a foreign invader and the film which is coming now is based on the heroism and leadership of Shivaji Maharaj, the great king of the Maratha Empire.
