Lok Sabha Elections: BSP chief Mayawati has decided not to forge an alliance with any party for the Lok Sabha elections to be held next year. Mayawati is determined to follow the path of 'Ekla Chalo' and has decided to contest in 2024 without any alliance. Mayawati's brother Anand Kumar and nephew Akash Anand also participated in the meeting held in Lucknow on Wednesday. During this, Mayawati has also given a political message by placing her hand on her nephew's shoulder.

The special thing is that Akash Anand had attended the meeting in Lucknow, skipping the trip to Rajasthan. These days Akash Anand is working hard to make the BSP win in Rajasthan.

More loss than profit from alliance

In the last general election (2019), his party BSP had an electoral tie-up with Samajwadi Party and Rashtriya Lok Dal. Whereas in the 2014 elections, the account of BSP was not even opened. But in 2019, 10 BSP MPs were elected after contesting elections in alliance. However, Afzal Ansari, Lok Sabha MP from Ghazipur, lost his membership of Parliament after getting the punishment from the court.

In the meeting of BSP leaders in Lucknow, Mayawati disclosed that forging an alliance would bring them losses instead of gains. The party chief said that by contesting elections in alliance with another party, the vote of BSP gets transferred to another party. But the vote of the coalition party is not transferred in favor of his party. Because of which the morale of BSP workers and leaders breaks down. That is why this time for the 2024 elections, he has decided to maintain an equal distance from the ruling party and the alliance with the opposition unity.

For the last few days, speculations were being made that Mayawati may come towards INDIA, a coalition of opposition parties. It was also being said that some leaders of Congress and BSP had also started mutual talks on this alliance. Recently, after the removal of Brajlal Khabri from the post of UP Congress President, this discussion became more intense. It was being said that Khabri was removed to please Mayawati. Khabri was in BSP before joining Congress.

Many party leaders were in favor of the alliance

Naseeruddin Siddiqui, who was once very close to Mayawati, was also being told the same reason behind not giving any important responsibility in the Congress. Many Muslim leaders of BSP were also in favor of alliance with Congress. But BSP President Mayawati has put an end to such news. Mayawati has closed the chapter of any kind of alliance. Well the possibilities never end in politics.

Mayawati had called a meeting of BSP leaders in Lucknow today regarding preparations for the Lok Sabha elections. In this meeting, from the coordinator of the party to the district presidents were called. But Imran Masood, the most powerful Muslim leader of western UP, was not called. It is said that he was also advocating for an alliance with the Congress. There is also a ban on his making statements in the media on behalf of the party.

Mayawati called and blessed her nephew

There are 80 Lok Sabha seats in UP. Mayawati has decided to contest on all the seats. This time in UP there will be NDA led by BJP and on the other hand INDIA alliance will be led by Samajwadi Party. This time Mayawati is preparing to contest elections on the social formula of Dalit Muslim.

Akhilesh Yadav has been accusing his arch-rival Mayawati of being the B-team of the BJP. In today's meeting, the BSP president strongly criticized the BJP and the Congress. He said that the popularity of BJP is decreasing rapidly. Without taking the name of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, he said that people are upset under the BJP rule. Mayawati said that there is a world of difference between the words and actions of the Congress. He described the Congress as an anti-Dalit and anti-backward party. In today's meeting, apart from Mayawati, the most talked about was her nephew Akash Anand. Mayawati also blessed the party's national coordinator Akash in front of everyone by calling her.
