Special : Kokilaben, mother of Reliance Industries chairman Mukesh Ambani, gave an emotional speech during the engagement of her grandson Anant. Anant Ambani got engaged to Radhika Merchant, daughter of industrialist Viren Merchant yesterday. The engagement ceremony was held at Ambani's home - Antilia in Mumbai.

During the ceremony, Anant's elder sister Isha Ambani invites Kokilaben to say a few words about Radhika.

Kokilaben said that she is lucky to have Shloka Mehta (wife of Akash Ambani), Radhika Merchant and Isha Ambani.

He said in an emotional address, "I am very lucky, I have a Shloka, I have a Radhika, I have an Isha. I am lucky."

Isha Ambani, who recently gave birth to twins, wore a front-slit Anarkali. Akash Ambani's wife Shloka wore a floral embroidered lehenga.

Anant and Radhika have known each other for a few years. The families had announced their engagement in 2019.

Well-known celebrities of Bollywood attended the function held yesterday. Actor Shah Rukh Khan and his son Aryan Khan appeared in black outfits for the grand ceremony, while Gauri Khan appeared in a silver lehenga.

Power couple Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone grabbed everyone's attention outside the venue. Deepika was seen in red saree and Ranveer in dark blue sherwani.

A few days before the engagement, trained classical dancer, Radhika Merchant enthralled the guests with her performance during the mehendi ceremony. He danced on the song 'Ghar More Pardesiya' from the 2019 film Kalank.
