Horrific Incident In Azamgarh / Murder of grandmother and granddaughter with sharp weapons, area shocked by double murder

Last night, criminals carried out a horrific incident in Azamgarh district of UP. In Guwain village of Didarganj police station area, Nani and 12-year-old granddaughter were killed by stabbing them with a sharp weapon. People came to know about this incident on Sunday morning. The area was shaken by the news of the double murder.

Azamgarh SP Anurag Arya himself reached the spot and inquired about the incident. The reason for this heinous incident has not been revealed yet. Police is busy in the investigation. A large crowd has gathered at the spot. Right now the police seems to be refraining from saying anything in this matter.

Neighbors got suspicious seeing the open door

The entire family of Guwai resident Lilavati Gupta works in Bihar. Only her granddaughter Aanchal Gupta (12) lived with Leelavati in the house. As usual on Saturday night, both of them slept after having their food. On Sunday morning people saw the door of his house open.

There was a apprehension of untoward incident due to lack of activity in the house. When the neighbors went and saw them, they were stunned. Nani and granddaughter's bloody bodies were found lying. Immediately the information was given to the police.

Along with Didarganj police station, SP Anurag Arya has also reached the spot. At the same time, dog squad is also being called on the spot, so far the cause of the incident is not known. After this incident, the round of discussions in the village is intensifying.
