Several cases against the couple in the past: Police

During the hearing in the court, the SSP said that if someone says that the recitation of Hanuman Chalisa is his right, then we have to see whether it is within the purview of the law. It is being done in front of whose house that it has its consent. A conspiracy has been hatched to topple the government through this act.

The police told the court that the couple has already been booked in many cases. First 17 cases have been registered in Ravi Rana, while 6 cases have been registered against Navneet Rana. Mumbai Police told a special court on Friday that Amaravati MP Navneet Rana and her MLA husband Ravi Rana's plan to recite 'Hanuman Chalisa' outside Maharashtra Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray's residence may sound simple, but in reality it is. There was a big conspiracy to challenge the state government.

The police also claimed that the opposition Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and Thackeray's political opponents were trying to project him as 'anti-Hindu' and to show the importance of his religion for Hindus in the present regime. Difficult to follow.
