Lok Sabha Elections: BJP has released the seventh list of its candidates for the Lok Sabha elections in which BJP has given ticket to Navneet Rana from Amravati seat. Now a controversy has arisen in Maharashtra NDA regarding this. BJP has given candidature to Navneet Rana from Amravati, but there has been huge opposition to Rana in the Mahayuti alliance. Anandrao Adsul of Shinde Shiv Sena faction said that now I will also contest elections from this seat. Along with this, Bachchu Kadu of Prahar Janshakti has also expressed protest against the name of Navneet Rana. Navneet Rana is MP from Amravati. Navneet Rana had contested the elections from Amravati as an independent candidate in 2019 and defeated Anandrao Adsul of Shiv Sena.

Navneet Rana will join BJP

Navneet Rana will join BJP today i.e. Wednesday at 10.30 pm. BJP state president Chandrashekhar Bawankule will get him party membership at the office in Koradi. Earlier on Wednesday, a meeting has been called at CM Shinde's residence Varsha Bungalow after 10 pm. There will also be a meeting with Shiv Sena leaders and MPs whose tickets can be cut. Apart from this, CM Shinde, Devendra Fadnavis and Ajit Pawar will also hold the meeting. It is being said that seat distribution will be finalized in the meeting so that it can be announced tomorrow. Along with this, the angry leaders of their respective parties will also be explained.

In Maharashtra, BJP is contesting elections in alliance with Ajit Pawar's party NCP and Eknath Shinde led Shiv Sena and now Anandrao Adsul of Shinde faction has opposed giving ticket to Navneet Rana from BJP.

BJP-JDS alliance in Karnataka

BJP has fielded Govind Karjol from Chitradurga seat in Karnataka. Let us tell you that in Karnataka, BJP is contesting the Lok Sabha elections in alliance with JDS and as per the agreement, JD(S) will contest on three seats - Mandya, Hassan and Kolar.

JDS had formed a government in alliance with Congress for 14 months in 2018, with Kumaraswamy as the chief minister. Both the parties had contested the 2019 Lok Sabha elections together and had won only one seat each, while the BJP had won 25 seats. This time too BJP has formed an alliance with JDS and is fielding its candidates thoughtfully to ensure victory.
