Bollywood | Shahrukh Khan's son Aryan Khan, who is trapped in the Mumbai cruise drugs case, does not seem to be in trouble. The Narcotics Control Bureau has said that it has solid evidence against Aryan Khan. NCB has said that it has WhatsApp chat and photos of Aryan Khan's mobile. Based on Aryan Khan's WhatsApp chat, NCB has said that Aryan had approached foreigners to get Contrabands. However, Aryan Khan's lawyer claims that the chat was only about football and nothing else.

Earlier on Wednesday, there was a lengthy debate on the bail plea of Shahrukh Khan's son Aryan Khan, Arbaaz Merchant, Munmun Dhamecha and others arrested in the cruise drugs case. ASG Anil Singh, appearing for NCB, handed over the copy of the WhatsApp chat to the court. While handing over its copy to the court, Anil Singh had said that if we look at it, then it is understood that this whole matter should be investigated and if anyone is left out then it can have an impact in the investigation of the case.

Anil Singh had told the court that I am giving you the copy of the WhatsApp chat so that you can understand how serious this matter is. In court I can't read it, I'm giving it to you. It has a complete file, in which there are many chats, out of which we have marked some important chats.

Anil Singh had said that from the chat it is also understood that there is talk of getting Contra Band in more quantity. It is being talked about with a foreign national. I am not aware of these drugs but my department told that they are hard drugs. So if someone comes to your house and you are his friend, you are saying that I didn't get drugs, met my friend, that too at least you can't get away with it.

What a great proof WhatsApp chat is

Can WhatsApp chat be used as evidence against the accused? In the death of Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput, it was reported that WhatsApp chat could be used to call an accused and ask questions. But it cannot be used as evidence in the case. This was when Rhea Chakraborty was called for questioning.
