Pet New Rules: In the 207th Board meeting of Noida Authority, major decisions were taken regarding the policy setting of the authority for stray/pet dogs/pet cats. Following the guidelines of the Animal Welfare Board of India for Noida, the Noida Authority has determined the policy. According to the new rule of Noida Authority, if a pet dog bites someone, then its owner will have to pay a fine of Rs 10,000.new rules of noida authorityRegistration is mandatory by January 31According to Noida Authority, registration of pet dogs and cats is mandatory till 31 January 2023. Fine will be imposed for non-registration.Penalty for not getting antirabies vaccinationSterilization/antirabies vaccination of pet dogs has been made mandatory. In case of violation, there is a provision to impose a fine of 2000 every month from March 1, 2023.The owner will be responsible for the pet's messIf a pet dog litters in a public place, it will be the responsibility of its owner to clean it.Owner will be fined for cuttingIn case of any untoward incident due to pet dog and cat, a financial penalty of Rs 10,000 will be imposed. Apart from this, the owner of the pet dog will get the injured person/animal treated.
