IND vs PAK | Today there is a cricket match between India and Pakistan in Asia Cup. The excitement about this match is at its peak in the whole country. Meanwhile, the National Institute of Technology (NIT) in Srinagar, the capital of Jammu and Kashmir, has issued an order to its students not to watch today's match in groups or post anything related to the match on social media platforms. In a notice issued by the Dean of Students Welfare, the institute has asked the students to stay in their respective rooms during the match.

The notice said, "Students are aware that cricket series of different countries are going on at Dubai International Stadium. Students are instructed to take the game as a sport and not to take any action in the Institute/Hostel. Don't create indiscipline."

In this notice from NIT, the students have been directed to stay in their respective rooms and not allow others to enter their rooms or watch the match in group during today's match.

"If students gather in one room and watch a match in a group, the student of that room will be thrown out of the hostel and all the students involved will be fined at least Rs 5,000," the NIT said.

Students have also been directed to avoid posting anything related to the match on social media platforms. Further, they have been instructed not to leave the hostel rooms during or after the match.

Let us tell you that after India's defeat to West Indies in the semi-final of the T20 World Cup in 2016, there was a fight between outsiders and local students, due to which the NIT was closed for several days.
