Nitish Kumar's tenure as Chief Minister began on November 24, 2005, when the NDA government was first formed in the state. ' He noted that since 2005, his administration remained consistently engaged in developmental activities, focusing on transforming the state's infrastructure and social fabric. His departure marks the end of one of the longest continuous leadership periods in the state's history.

Sectoral Growth and Inclusive Development Initiatives

During his address to the public via social media, Kumar highlighted that his government prioritized inclusive growth across all sections of society. He mentioned that specific policies were implemented for Hindus, Muslims, upper castes, OBCs, EBCs, Dalits, and Mahadalits. Significant progress was reported in sectors such as education, healthcare, road connectivity, electricity, and agriculture. Future Roadmap: 7 Nishchay-3 and 2030 Goals

Outlining the vision for the coming years, Kumar mentioned the formulation of '7 Nishchay-3' for the period between 2025 and 2030. Kumar stated that while he's stepping down, the framework for progress is already in place for the next five years, ensuring that Bihar remains on a high growth trajectory.
