India / Officers are doing a good job but Aryan should get bail, Shahrukh team told NCB that reached Mannat

Mumbai: Probing the high profile rave party case, the team of Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) reached Mannat at the residence of Bollywood veteran Shah Rukh Khan on Thursday. It is being told that the NCB was looking for some documents related to the drugs case, regarding this the officer had reached the actor's house to give notice.

'You are doing a good job'

According to sources, when NCB officials entered Mannat, Shah Rukh Khan's team members themselves received him and took notice. People in the actor's team also said that the NCB officers are doing a good job. But he hopes that Aryan Khan is released from jail soon. Aryan is the name of Shahrukh's elder son, who has been arrested by NCB in the drugs case. Aryan is currently lodged in Arthur Road Jail and the court has refused to grant him bail for the time being.

The arrest took place on 3 October.

On October 2, NCB raided a rave party in Mumbai, from where 8 people including Aryan Khan were arrested. According to the NCB, 13 grams of cocaine, 5 grams of MD, 21 grams of charas and 22 tablets of MDMA besides Rs 1.33 lakh in cash were seized from Aryan and his associates. After this everyone was interrogated and by the night of 3 October all the accused were arrested. Then the NCB produced the accused in the court and got their remand granted from there. On completion of the time, the court refused to grant bail to all the accused, including Aryan, and sent them to jail. They are still there.

Shahrukh reached to meet son

On the other hand, while easing the corona restrictions in Arthur Road Jail, from today i.e. from October 21, now the prisoner/undertrial prisoners have been allowed to meet their relatives. After this change, now more than two relatives or lawyers will be able to meet the prisoners from today. So in such a situation, Shah Rukh Khan, who could not meet his son since the past, reached the jail early in the morning and inquired about the condition of the son. During this he looked emotional, but he did not answer any questions from the media, and returned to Mannat after meeting Aryan.
