Delhi: BSP supremo Mayawati has announced her support to NDA candidate Draupadi Murmu in the presidential election. Mayawati said in a press conference on Saturday- We have decided to support the NDA candidate Draupadi Murmu in the presidential election Mayawati also said in the press conference that BSP is not a party behind NDA or UPA. He said- BSP is an independent and fearless party working. He said- If any party works for the backward and neglected section of the country, then BSP will stand with it. Then no matter how harmful that decision may prove to be against us.
Mayawati said- The purpose of BSP is to work on the principles of Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar. Mayawati, especially targeting the Congress in the press conference, said that some people do not leave any opportunity to defame BSP, work is done to break our MLAs. Mayawati said that the four-time government under the leadership of BSP in UP has always worked in the interest of downtrodden, oppressed and downtrodden.Mayawati also accused the BSP of neglect in the presidential election. He said that in the presidential election, we got to see that the opposition parties did their arbitrariness and the BSP was kept isolated by the opposition. He said that first West Bengal CM Mamta Banerjee calling selected people unilaterally, then ignoring BSP in the meeting called by Sharad Pawar, their unity is a sham.
